The Heart of Lambda Chi Alpha can be found through the establishment of a brotherhood for the cultivation of good will among men, the fostering of the highest ideals patriotism, the acquisition of sound learning, and the adherence to laws of God.
Lambda Chi Alpha has flourished for over the past twenty years at Truman State University. We pride ourselves on providing outstaning brotherhood, outmatched by none other. One way we approach this ideal brotherhood is through our dedication to not haze. Because of this, all new members to the fraternity are called associates and not pledges, which is different from many other fraternities. In doing so, we aim to promote quality among all our members, from the fifth-year senior to the first semester freshmen. Above all, we provide an atmosphere of home here in Kirksville, though our diverse group of brothers and excellent brotherhood.

Colby Bizelli is a Business Finance major with a Legal Studies minor from St. Louis, Missouri. Colby joined Lambda Chi Alpha in Fall 2023. When asked why he wanted to join the IFC community, Colby said, “I joined the IFC community to find an organization of like-minded people, a group that isn’t clicky, and a group that treated me like a man, and that I found.”
