New Website

Added July 30, 2007

Welcome to the official website of The Interfraternity Council.  This is very exciting because it provides a lot of resources and functionality that the IFC has lacked in the past. Some highlights include

Up to date times and locations for all meetings;

A calendar of IFC meetings, Rush events, deadlines, and campus events;

Electronic documents such as Constitution, Rush Rules, Contact Information;

And a 'Compliance' section that shows if your chapter is missing a deadline or paperwork.

Please look around an feel free to email the IFC with comments!

Troester's Clothing Closes

Added July 30, 2007

An Email from Janina Snell:

Dear Students:

    As you may or may not know Troester's Clothing will be closing their door on June 18. This may lead some of you to ask "Where am I going to get my next lettered T-shirt or sweatshirt?"

     Well, I have the answer. My name is Janina Snell. I am an alumni of Truman State and I own a business downtown called Ewenique Stitches.( Ewenique is pronounced Unique) I mostly do alterations on clothing. However for the past 17 years I have been sewing Greek letters on shirts. In fact I have been the exclusive tailor for Troester's for the past 10 years and have sewn Greek letters on each and every shirt that they have sold in those 10 years. So starting in August 2007 I will be selling custom Greek shirts. The styles, selection and quality will be exactly the same as you have received when you ordered your shirt from Troester's because they will still be sewn by the same person.
    I look forward to meeting all of you next school year. If you have any questions please call or come by and I'll be happy to answer any questions you might have about the Greek shirts.
